Skyway Printing - Feb 2009 - July 2009

Position: Graphic Design and Production

Skyway Printing provides a range of services including traditional offset and digital printing, B&W and colour photocopying, bindery and finishing, large format printing, vinyl signage, embroidery and silk screening.

Project Skills:

Designing printed products for customers such as business cards, flyers, invoices, posters and tickets
Sending proofs and obtaining artwork approval
Printing short runs on colour photocopiers; Canon imageRUNNER 3200 and 4080
Setting up files and making plates for the printing press
Preparing files for vinyl cut signs
Large format printing
Finishing services such as collating, laminating, cutting, drilling, perforating, and sublimation
Answering the telephone, taking orders and general administrative duties

Viddyworks Design Studio - 2007 - present

Position: Self Employed

Viddyworks is an eco-friendly design company, providing printed materials on recycled stock and clean air web hosting. I have completed design projects for a wide range of clients. You will find examples in my print and web portfolios.

SEB is a workshop based program which assists people in writing a business plan and starting an entrepreneurial venture. I used this program to launch Viddyworks Design Studio, an eco-friendly graphic design firm.
